About the
Authors
 Rita
Harte was an accomplished Sales Professional and Trainer
who spoke to thousands of business people over the course of the last
20 years. Rita had a passion for sharing her message of ‘true understanding’
when it came to communicating with others. Rita’s master’s degree
in instructional design, coupled with a major in psychology, ensured
that the many sales and leadership programs she designed and facilitated
were performed with the participant’s ultimate learning in mind. Her
interactive style coupled with a unique method of speaking to the
audiences learning style, ensured a thorough understanding of the
material discussed and a highly motivated crowd when all is said and
done.
Rita spent the last 14 years of her life researching and developing
the TRAFFIC program and her life long vision was to see TRAFFIC offered
to the world in order to help people realize their own potential.
Since Rita’s sudden passing in September 2003, her dream continues
to be realized by her friend and business partner Heather Clarke.
 Heather
Clarke has a rich background in Human Services. Her 20 years
of experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors includes
10 years as a Human Resource Consultant, Executive Coach, and Professional
Trainer. Heather’s vision is “shining light on possibilities...”.
This shows through in her energetic, interactive, fun approach to
teaching and training that speaks to her audiences learning styles.
She inspires people to reach deep and explore the possibilities within
themselves, their work lives, and private lives.
